盐霜白瓜子原料配方 白瓜子(南瓜子)1千克 细盐10克制作方法1.将南瓜子洗净,沥去水分备用。2.细盐放碗内,加少量水溶化为浓盐水,将南瓜子倒入浓盐水中,充分拌匀,然后将南瓜子摊开晾干。3.将晾干表面水分的南瓜子倒入锅内,加入干净的砂子,置炉火上炒。炒至噼啪声逐渐由大减弱,再炒5分钟,即起锅。用筛子筛去沙子,晾凉后即可。瓜子拌盐水后,一定要晾干再和沙子同炒。如瓜子表面湿润,沙子会粘附在瓜子上,炒后不易筛除,吃起来会感到牙碜。炒熟的瓜子一定要凉透后再装入容器内,否则不脆不香。
