1.The effects of reaction temperature,stirring rate and amount of the pH stabilizer on size and monodispersity of the PS particles were investigated by orthogonal experiment method,and the reaction conditions used to prepare 600~1000 nm monodisperse PS microspheres were optimized.以NaHCO3/Na2CO3为pH稳定剂和离子强度调节剂,用无皂乳液聚合法合成了亚微米级聚苯乙烯(PS)微球,用正交实验考察不同因素对合成聚合物微球粒径及粒径分布的影响,优化制备600~1000nm单分散PS微球的工艺条件,放大批量制备了标称粒经是600,800和1000nm的PS微球,合成的PS微球球形度好,相对标准偏差小,均匀性和稳定性都满足国家一级粒度标准物质的要求。
