芸苔素内酯分子式:CAS号:性质:白色结晶。熔点256~258℃。水中溶解度为5mg/L。可溶于甲醇、乙醇、四氢呋喃、丙酮等有机溶剂。芸苔素内酯为低毒植物生长调节剂,对大鼠急性口服LD50>2000mg/kg;急性经皮毒性LD50>2000mg/kg。无致突变性。对鲤鱼LC50(96h)>10mg/L。本剂最早由美国Mitchell等从油菜中提取,现已可化学合成。其为可广泛用于多种作物的甾体化合物,具有促进作物生长,增加营养体吸收,提高座果率,促使果实肥大,提高结实率,增进千粒重。同时,还可减轻作物药害,增加作物抗病性。通常使用浓度为10-1~10-5mg/L。
