乙蒜素分子式:C4H10O2S2分子量:154.16CAS号:682-91-7性质:无色油状液体。沸点80-81℃(66.7kPa),相对密度1.1987(20/4℃),折光率1.5120(20℃),加热至130-140℃分解。易溶于乙醚、氯仿、乙醇、冰乙酸,室温水中溶解度为1.2%,工业品有大蒜臭。制备方法:将硫化钠水溶液与硫黄粉在80-100℃反应制成二硫化二钠溶液,于50-60℃通入氯乙烷。压力约0.1MPa,最终反应温度80-90℃。分出二乙基二硫化物,加入冰醋酸,在40-55℃下用40%硝酸进行氧化,得93-94%含量的乙蒜素。原料消耗定额:硫化钠(65%)1000kg/t、硫黄粉300kg/t、氯乙烷1000kg/t、冰醋酸60kg/t、硝酸(98%)480kg/t。用途:杀菌剂。可防治水稻烂秧、稻温病、棉苗病害、棉花枯萎病、油菜霜霉病、番薯黑斑病、大豆紫班病、马铃薯晚疫病、家蚕白僵病。
