丙草胺分子式：C15H22ClNO2分子量：283.81CAS号：51218-45-2性质：无色液体。沸点100℃（0.133kPa），折光率1.5301。蒸气压（20℃）1.73×10-3Pa。在20℃水中溶解度为530ppm，溶于多数有机溶剂。制备方法：先由2-甲基-6-乙基苯胺与2-氯丙醇反应，生成N-（1-甲基-2-羟基乙基）-2-甲基-6-乙基苯胺，然后与氯乙酰氯反应生成N-（1-甲基-2-羟基乙基）氯乙酰替2-甲基-6-乙基苯胺。后者与甲醇反应生成丙草胺。另一种生产方法是使2-乙基-6-甲基苯胺和2-溴-1-甲氧基丙烷于120℃、1.33kPa下搅拌反应40h，得2-乙基-6-甲基-N-（1'-甲氧基-丙-2-基）苯胺，然后在三乙胺存在下，将上述中间体的苯溶液滴加到氯乙酰氯苯溶中，室温下搅拌反应2h，经水洗、干燥、蒸馏得丙草胺产品。原料消耗定额：2,6-二乙基苯胺540kg/t、2-溴-1-甲氧基丙烷310kg/t、三乙胺510kg/t、苯40kg/t。用途：该品为芽前除草剂，主要用于防除禾本科杂草。产品属2-氯化乙酰替苯胺类除草剂，是细胞分裂抑制剂，用于土壤处理可防除稻田稗草、异型莎草、牛毛毡、鸭舌草、窄叶泽泻等。通常在插秧前3～5d使用。该品单施时对湿插水稻选择性较差，当与解草啶一起使用时对直插水稻有极好的选择性。如该品与解草啶的混剂以600+200gai/ha使用，对鸭舌草、异型莎草、尖瓣花、飘拂草等效果均在90％以上，而对于千金子防效达100％。
