2,4-D丁酯分子式:C12H14Cl2O3分子量:277.15CAS号:94-80-4性质:无色油状液体。凝固点9℃,沸点146-147℃(133Pa),相对密度1.2428,闪点48℃。易溶于有机溶剂,难溶于水。挥发性强,对酸、热稳定,遇碱分解为2,4-滴钠盐及丁醇。制备方法:首先由苯酚氯化生成2,4-二氯酚,经碱溶液中和后与氯乙酸钠进行缩合反应,生成2,4-D钠盐,酸化后再与丁醇进行酯化反应即得。原料消耗定额:苯酚480kg/t、氯乙酸510kg/t、丁醇320kg/t、液氯720kg/t、盐酸(30%)520kg/t、液碱(折100%)630kg/t。用途:2,4-D丁酯是优良的激素型除草剂,除草性能远比2,4-D好,用量也较小,是主要除草剂品种之一。具有良好的展着性和内吸性,不易被水冲刷,药效持久,对人,畜毒性较低。该品作为内吸选择性除草剂,主要防除禾本科作物田中的双子叶叶杂草,异性莎草科及某些恶性杂草,水田,麦田使用较多,玉米、谷子、高梁、甘蔗、亚麻和木本植物也可使用,对一年生及多年生杂草均有良好防效。
