喜树碱喜树碱camptothecin一种生物碱。分子式C20H16N2O4。存在于中国特有的珙桐科乔木喜树中,也存在于印度产铁青科小灌木马比木中。浅黄色针状晶体。熔点264~267℃(分解),比旋光度+31.3°(氯仿-甲醇,8∶2)。不易与酸生成结晶盐。喜树碱多用喜树果实作原料制取。1976年中国化学家高怡生等合成消旋喜树碱成功。喜树碱对肠胃道和头颈部癌等有较好的近期疗效,但对少数病人有尿血的副作用。10-羟基喜树碱的抗癌活性超过喜树碱,对肝癌和头颈部癌也有明显疗效,而且副作用较少。图片
