体细胞无性系变异体细胞无性系变异somatic-clonal t ixibao wuxingx一bianyi体细胞无性系变异(sOlllaliC一donal在培养植物的细胞和组织中,常常由于它们的染色体组成和数目发生变化,或基因水平上的变异,或转座子被激活的作用等原因,再生的植株中存在着特性的变异,这种变异称体细胞无性系的变异。较系统地研究体细胞无性变异是从D.J.海因茨和G.WP,米(1971)报道甘蔗再生植株中存在广泛的形态学、细胞遗传学和同功酶谱变化开始的。现已在一些植物上证明这种变异可以传递到子代去。这种变异在无性繁殖和有性繁殖植物中均存在。变异范围包括形态学和生理生化特点的变异。有很多变异性状是有经济价值的,如抗病性、矮化、抗逆性和丰产性等。利用体细胞无性系变异可以创造更多遗传变异及扩大可利用的种质资源范围,现已育出许多优质高产品种,如含糖量高的甘蔗,高产水稻等。利用体细胞无性系变异育种,因变异频率较高,其中单基因变异可改变作物的个别性状,而不使其他优良性状发生重组及分离,并且筛选变异体既可在田间进行,也可在试管中通过加入特定的筛选剂进行。如采用单倍体细胞作为培养物,隐性变异当代显现利于选择,使育种周期大为缩短。(程治英)
