水泽兰【通用名称】水泽兰【其他名称】水泽兰 (《贵州民间药物》) 【异名】扯根菜(《救荒本草》),水滓蓝(《天宝本草》),水杨柳(《贵州民间药物》)。 【来源】为虎耳草科植物扯根菜的全草。 【植物形态】扯根菜 多年生草本,高15~80厘米,全体光滑无毛。茎和根均呈紫红色。叶互生;披针形或狭椭圆形,长4~11厘米,宽约1厘米,先端渐尖,基部渐狭,边缘有细锯齿。花黄绿色,聚伞花序2~3分枝,偏于花序的一侧,顶端近弯卷,花柄极短;萼5裂,基部连合,裂片三角状卵圆形,先端尖;花瓣线形或线状匙形,通常缺乏;雄蕊10,着生于萼筒上;心皮5,由基部互相连接直达中部,柱头头状,胚珠多数。蒴果扁平,5裂,有5喙,于心皮的分离部开裂。种子细小,多数,红色。花期9~10月。 生长在较潮湿的地方。分布华东、华北、中南各地。 【采集】秋后割取全草,晒干。 【性味】甘,温。 ①《救荒本草》:"味甘。" ②《贵州民间药物》:"味甘,性微温,无毒。" 【功用主治】活血,行水。治经闭,水肿,血崩,带下,跌打损伤。 ①《天宝本草》:"通经活血。治跌打损伤,妇女崩带,瘰疬。" ②《贵州民间药物》:"消肿利水,行气。" 【用法与用量】内服:煎汤,0.5~1两。外用:捣敷。 【选方】①治水肿、食肿、气肿:水泽兰一两,臭草根五钱,五谷根四钱,折耳根三钱,石菖蒲三钱。煎水服,日服三次。(《贵州民间药物》) ②治水肿:水泽兰一两。煎水服。(《贵州草药》) ③治跌打伤肿痛:水泽兰适量,捣绒敷患处;另用水泽兰五钱,煎酒服。(《贵州草药》)
