无芒雀麦形态特征:禾本科雀麦属多年生草本植物。具短根状茎。秆直立,高50-100厘米。节处无毛或稀具倒毛。叶鞘口处开展,叶舌长1-2毫米,叶扁平。圆锥花序开展,节上分枝,每枝生1-5枚小穗,每穗含5-10小花;外稃通常无芒或稀具1-2毫米的短芒。颖果7-9毫米,褐色。花期7-8月,果期8-9月。生境分布:是草甸草原和典型草原中常见的中生植物,常生于草甸、林缘和山间谷地。分布于我国东北、华北和西北。也广布于欧亚大陆温带地区。用途:优等饲用植物,作为世界著名优良牧草广为栽培。
