甘蓝型油菜(colza)  甘蓝型油菜(colza) 油菜三大类型之一。学名Brassica napus L.是由芸薹(aa,n=10)与甘蓝(cc,n=9)通过自然种间杂交后双二倍化进化而来的一种复合种。欧洲是它的起源地,在中国,又称日本油菜、欧洲大油菜、洋油菜、番油菜等。因其叶形和株型与甘蓝酷似,故名。染色体组为aacc,n=19。 中国于20世纪30年代由朝鲜、日本和英国引进的,已广泛分布于中国各地,尤以长江流域各省油菜主产区分布最为集中。世界上以欧洲偏北部各国和加拿大西部草原地区的偏南部分布较多。 甘蓝型油菜株体较大,发育中等,生育期较长。苗期株型因品种不同而异,冬性强的欧洲品种,株型匍匐性强,越冬时生长点下陷,能耐低温;春性强的亚洲品种,直立性强,主根发育中等。支细根较发达。基叶叶形椭圆或长椭圆,伸长茎叶出现明显的琴状缺刻,薹茎叶披针形,都不具琴状缺刻;薹茎叶半包茎着生,是甘蓝型油菜显著的共同特点之一。叶质似甘蓝,叶肉组织较致密,叶面被或不被蜡粉。叶色常绿、淡绿、浓绿呈蓝绿。叶面平滑不被刺毛,或在苗期少被刺毛,成长叶无刺毛。分枝性较强,原产欧洲的甘蓝型油菜分枝部位一般较高,株高中等或较高。花较大,黄色,花瓣平滑,部分皱缩,重叠呈覆瓦状或侧叠状。花序中间花蕾着生位置高于开放花朵,开花时花药一般内向开裂或半内向开裂,自交亲和性强,自交结实率高,一般70-80%以上,属常异花授粉作物,但可分离出正交不亲和系。角果果皮组织发育中等,过熟果皮易开裂,在中国西北干旱地区尤为显著。种子较大,一般千粒重3.5-4.5g。种皮蝉褐或红褐,少数土黄色。种皮表面网纹浅,不具辛辣味。种子含油量高,一般35-45%,最高可达55%以上。
