外阴颗粒细胞性肌母细胞瘤外阴颗粒细胞性肌母细胞瘤 病名。为发生 于 外阴的良性肿瘤。约占全身同种肿瘤的7%。可能来源于神经鞘细胞。可发生于大阴唇、小阴 唇、前庭大腺、尿道口旁切处;单发,直径0.5cm~3cm,为无痛性硬结节,当肿瘤表面皮 肤 溃破时,患者有疼痛感,局部渗液增多,甚至被误认为癌。此瘤生长缓慢,无包膜,可与全 身其他部位的同种肿瘤同时发生。切面无包膜,边界清楚,质地均匀,淡黄色有光泽。镜下 可见瘤细胞集合成索条状,为细纤维分隔,细胞大,多角形,边界不清,胞浆丰富,含细伊 红色颗粒,核或大或小,位于中央,核仁清楚。亦可见到细胞呈梭形,核长卵形,呈栅栏状 排列者。此瘤虽属良性,但有复发倾向,又因无包膜,故治疗应行较广泛的局部切除术。
