24-表-芸苔素内酯分子式:C28H48O6分子量:480.68CAS号:熔点:256~258(另有报道274~275)℃毒性LD50(mg/kg):大白鼠急性经口大于2000原药/kg,小白鼠急性经口大于1000mg原药/kg。Ames试验表明无致突变作用。性状:原药外观为白色结晶粉末。溶解情况:可溶于甲醇、乙醇、四氢呋喃、丙酮等有机溶剂。水中溶解度5mg/L。用途:本品具有植物生长调节作用的第一个甾醇类化合物,在低浓度下(10^-5~10^-6mg/L)能显示各种活性,其增加植物的营养体生长和促进受精的作用。现已从几十种植物体中分离出这类化合物,含量很低,如植物体中含有吲哚乙酸(IAA)和脱落酸(ABA)分别约为2mg/kg和60mg/kg,而芸苔素内酯仅0.1mg/kg。 用0.05~0.5mg/L芸苔素内酯对小麦浸种24h,促进根系和株高生长发育;分蘖期进行叶片施肥,增加分蘖数;也可在孕穗期以0.01~0.02、0.01~0.02(750L/ha次)、0.01~0.04mg/L(750L/ha次)药液喷雾处理或浸种。制备或来源:从油菜花中以异丙醇萃取,然后用溶剂分配和两步色谱柱分离,从180kg油菜花粉中可得此生物活性物质200g;本品也可由赤杨花粉中提取。备注:使用过程中要注意防护,如有药液溅到皮肤上,立即用肥皂水洗涤;如溅到眼睛内,用大量清水冲洗;如误服立即送医院诊治;处理废药液和容器时,不要污染水源。包装及贮运:贮存在阴凉干燥处,远离食物、饲料、人畜等;类别:植物生长调节剂
