晶型转变分子式:CAS号:性质:又称多晶转变。同种物质由于环境温度变化,材料中晶体结构发生相应变化的现象。晶型转变的温度称为转变点,也即相变点。晶型转变可分为可逆和不可逆转变两大类。还有快速转变(即位移型)和慢速转变(即断键重组型)之分。由于不同晶型比重不同,内部质点排列不同,因此晶型转变时伴有体积变化、导电率变化和比热容变化等现象发生,对材料生产工艺和使用有重要影响。例如β石英←→α石英在573℃时发生快速转变,而石英、鳞石英和方石英之间的转变属慢转变。又如ZrO2单斜←→四方之间的转变在1170℃时快速进行,并伴有显著体积变化,加热时收缩,冷却时膨胀,两种晶型可反复瞬时转变,利用多晶转变现象产生的微裂纹可达到增加陶瓷材料韧性之目的。
