大黄{蛰}虫丸【通用名称】大黄{蛰}虫丸【其他名称】大黄{蛰}虫丸 大黄{蛰}虫丸 拼音名：Dahuang Zhechong Wan 英文名： 书页号：2000年版一部-358 【处方】 熟大黄 300g 土鳖虫（炒） 30g 水蛭（制） 60g 虻虫（去翅足，炒）45g 蛴螬（炒） 45g 干漆（煅） 30g 桃仁 120g 苦杏仁（炒） 120g 黄芩 60g 地黄 300g 白芍 120g 甘草 90g 【制法】 以上十二味，粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀。每100g粉末用炼蜜30～45g 加 适量的水泛丸，干燥，制成水蜜丸；或加炼蜜80～100g制成小蜜丸或大蜜丸，即得。 【性状】 本品为黑色的水蜜丸、小蜜丸或大蜜丸；气浓，味甘、微苦。 【鉴别】 (1) 取本品，置显微镜下观察：草酸钙簇晶大，直径60～140μm。草酸 钙簇晶直径18～32μm,存在于薄壁细胞中，常排列成行，或一个细胞中含数个簇晶。薄 壁组织灰棕色至黑棕色，细胞多皱缩，内含棕色核状物。纤维淡黄色，梭形，壁厚，孔 沟细。纤维束周围薄壁细胞含草酸钙方晶，形成晶纤维。体壁碎片黄色或棕红色，有圆 形毛窝，直径8～24μm，有的具长短不一的刚毛。体壁碎片金黄色或棕色，毛窝双圈状 ，有时表面可见疣状或针尖状突起。体壁碎片淡黄色，毛窝边缘为重叠圈状。 (2) 取本品6g，切碎，加硅藻土3g，研匀，加乙醇40ml，超声处理30分钟，滤过， 取半量的滤液，蒸干，残渣加水10ml使溶解，加盐酸1ml,置水浴上加热30分钟，立即冷 却，用乙醚振摇提取2 次，每次15ml，合并乙醚液，挥干，残渣加醋酸乙酯1ml 使溶解 ，作为供试品溶液。另取大黄对照药材50mg，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（ 附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各1～2μl，分别点于同一以羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合 剂的硅胶Ｈ薄层板上，以石油醚（30～60℃）－甲酯乙酯－甲酸(15:5:1)的上层溶液为 展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置氨蒸气中熏。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的 位置上，显相同的橙红色斑点。 (3) 取［鉴别］(2) 项下的剩余滤液，蒸干，残渣加水40ml使溶解，用水饱和的正 丁醇提取3 次，每次20ml，合并正丁醇液，用正丁醇饱和的水洗涤3 次，每次20ml，正 丁醇液蒸干，残渣加乙醇1ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取黄芩苷对照品，加甲醇制 成每1ml 含2mg 的溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述 两种溶液各6μl，分别点于同一以含4 ％醋酸钠的羧甲基纤维素钠溶液为黏合剂的硅胶 Ｇ 薄层板上，使成条状，以醋酸乙酯－丁酮－甲酸-水(5:3:1:1) 为展开剂，展开，取 出，吹干，喷以1 ％三氯化铁乙醇溶液。供试品色谱中，在与对照品色谱相应的位置上， 显相同颜色的条斑。 【检查】 应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。 【功能与主治】 活血破瘀，通经消痞。用于瘀血内停，腹部肿块，肌肤甲错，目 眶黯黑，潮热羸瘦，经闭不行。 【用法与用量】 口服，水蜜丸一次3g，小蜜丸一次3～6丸，大蜜丸一次1～2丸， 一日1～2次。 【注意】 孕妇禁用；皮肤过敏者停服。 【规格】 大蜜丸每丸重3g 【贮藏】 密封。
