刺激信号刺激信号 在心脏起搏心电图中为一振幅大,占时短的"伪差"。起搏有效时,其后紧跟着心房或/和心室激动波。刺激信号反映了起搏器向患者发放起搏脉冲的情况,其大小和方向主要取决于刺激部位和起搏电极的类型。用双极导管电极起搏时,刺激信号较小。用单极导管电极起搏时刺激较大,且呈双相,其负性部分称为"信号过冲"。较大的信号过冲可使其QRs波群起始部含糊,甚至被掩盖,造成判定起搏效果的困难。此时要仔细观察有无心室复极波的存在来决定起搏效果。
