1.Hygiene hypothesis is the idea that exposure to specific infection drives the Th in infancy/childhood maturing towards a Th1 phenotype, and away from the Th2 phenotype associated with atopy.卫生学假说(Hygienehypothesis)认为幼儿及青少年时期的感染能驱动免疫系统的Th细胞偏向分化成Th1型,而远离与过敏有关的Th2型。
