埋植疗法埋植疗法 埋植疗法 在穴位皮下埋留异物以治疗疾病的方法。又称埋藏疗法。埋留羊肠线或药物者，又可特称为“埋线疗法”或“埋药疗法”。临床操作时，首先选择经过灭菌处理的异物，对施术部位常规消毒，如施行埋线，可以外科缝皮针或腰椎穿刺针进行，应注意将线完全埋入皮下，线端不可露出皮肤。如埋植钢圈或药物，则需将皮肤作一0.5-1厘米的切口，割除少量脂肪组织后，埋入钢圈或药物，缝合皮肤，包敷固定。术中应严格无菌操作，防止感染，术后如有局部疼痛、低热、疲乏、全身不适等反应时，一般无需处理，可自行消失。如有感染或反应过重，则应另行处理。每20-30天埋留一次。本法适于治疗哮喘，慢性支气管炎，慢性胃病，消化性溃疡，慢性肠胃炎，癫痫，腰腿痛，关节炎，小儿麻痹后遗症等。
