青黛【通用名称】青黛 【其他名称】青黛 青黛 拼音名：Qingdai 英文名：INDIGO NATURALIS 书页号：2000年版一部-158 本品为爵床科植物马蓝Baphicacanthus cusia (Nees) Bremek. 、蓼科植物蓼蓝 Polygonum tinctorium Ait. 或十字花科植物菘蓝Isatis indigotica Fort. 的叶 或茎叶经加工制得的干燥粉末或团块。 【性状】 本品为深蓝色的粉末，体轻，易飞扬；或呈不规则多孔性的团块，用手 搓捻即成细末。微有草腥气，味淡。 【鉴别】 (1) 取本品少量，用微火灼烧，有紫红色的烟雾发生。 (2) 取本品少量，滴加硝酸，产生气泡并显棕红色或黄棕色。 (3) 取本品50mg，加氯仿 5ml充分搅拌，滤过，作为供试品溶液。另取靛蓝和靛玉 红对照品， 加氯仿制成每 1ml各含1mg 的混合溶液，作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法 （附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各 5～10μl，分别点于同一硅胶Ｇ薄层板上， 以苯－氯仿－丙酮(5:4:1) 为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干。供试品色谱中，在与对照品 色谱相应的位置上，显相同的蓝色和浅紫红色的斑点。 【检查】 水溶性色素 取本品0.5g，加水10ml，振摇后放置片刻，水层不得显深 蓝色。 【含量测定】 对照品溶液的制备 取靛蓝对照品20mg，精密称定，置锥形瓶中， 缓缓加入硫酸15ml，用玻棒轻轻搅匀，置80℃水浴中磺化 1小时，随时搅拌，取出，冷 却。将溶液缓缓移入盛有适量水的200ml 量瓶中，用水洗涤容器及残渣，洗液并入量瓶 中，加水至刻度，摇匀，滤过，精密量取续滤液 5ml，置50ml量瓶中，加水至刻度，摇 匀，即得（每 1ml中含靛蓝10μg）。 标准曲线的制备 精密量取对照品溶液1.0ml 、2.0ml 、3.0ml 、4.0ml 和5.0ml ， 分别置10ml量瓶中，加水至刻度，摇匀。照分光光度法（附录Ⅴ B），在610nm 的波长 处测定吸收度，以吸收度为纵坐标，浓度为横坐标，绘制标准曲线。 测定法 取本品细粉约0.4g，精密称定，照对照品溶液的制备项下的方法，自“置 锥形瓶中”起，至“精密吸取续滤液 5ml”，置 50ml 或100ml 量瓶（使吸收度在0.20 ～0.45之间）中，加水至刻度，摇匀，在610nm 的波长处测定吸收度，从标准曲线上读 出供试品溶液中靛蓝的重量（μg），计算，即得。 本品含靛蓝(C16H10N2O2)不得少于 2.0％。 【性味与归经】 咸，寒。归肝经。 【功能与主治】 清热解毒，凉血，定惊。用于温毒发斑，血热吐衄，胸痛咳血， 口疮，痄腮，喉痹，小儿惊痫。 【用法与用量】 1.5 ～3g，宜入丸散用。外用适量。 【贮藏】 置干燥处。
