斑蝥【通用名称】斑蝥【其他名称】斑蝥 斑蝥 拼音名:Banmao 英文名:MYLABRIS 书页号:2000年版一部-272 本品为芫青科昆虫南方大斑蝥Mylabris phalerata Pallas 或黄黑小斑蝥Mylabris cichorii Linnaeus 的干燥体。夏、秋二季捕捉,闷死或烫死,晒干。 【性状】 南方大斑蝥 呈长圆形,长1.5~2.5cm,宽0.5~1cm。头及口器向下垂, 有较大的复眼及触角各1 对,触角多己脱落。背部具革质鞘翅1 对,黑色,有3 条黄色 或棕黄色的横纹;鞘翅下面有棕褐色薄膜状透明的内翅2 片。胸腹部乌黑色,胸部有足 3 对。有特殊的臭气。 黄黑小斑蝥 体型较小,长1~1.5cm。 【鉴别】 取本品粉末3g,加氯仿20ml,振摇,浸泡2 小时,滤过,滤液蒸干,残 渣用石油醚(30~60℃)洗 3 次,每次5ml,小心倾去上清液,残渣加氯仿1ml 使溶解, 作为供试品溶液。另取斑蝥素对照品,加氯仿制成每1ml 含5mg 的溶液,作为对照品溶液。 照薄层色谱法(附录Ⅵ B)试验,吸取上述两种溶液各5μl,分别点于同一硅胶G薄层 板上,以氯仿-丙酮(98:2)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以0.1% 溴甲酚绿乙醇溶 液,加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的位置上,显相同颜色 的斑点。 【含量测定】 照气相色谱法(附录Ⅵ E)测定。 色谱条件与系统适用性试验 以甲基硅橡胶(SE-30)为固定液,涂布浓度为 3.5%; 柱温为175℃±10℃ 。理论板数按斑蝥素峰计算应不低于2600。 对照品溶液的制备 取斑蝥素对照品适量,精密称定,加氯仿制成每1ml 含1mg 的 溶液,即得(必要时可稀释)。 供试品溶液的制备 取本品粗粉约1g,精密称定,置具塞锥形瓶中,加氯仿30ml, 振摇15分钟,放置6 小时,滤过,滤液置50ml量瓶中,用氯仿洗涤残渣与滤纸,洗液滤 入同一量瓶中,加氯仿至刻度,摇匀,即得。 测定法 分别精密吸取对照品溶液和供试品溶液各2μl,注入气相色谱仪,计算, 即得。 本品含斑蝥素(C10H12O4)不得少于0.35%。 【炮制】 生斑蝥 除去杂质。 米斑蝥 取净斑蝥与米拌炒,至米呈黄棕色,取出,除去头、翅、足。 每10kg斑蝥,用米 2kg。 【性味与归经】 辛,热;有大毒。归肝、胃、肾经。 【功能与主治】 破血消{徵},功毒蚀疮,引赤发泡。用于{徵}瘕肿块,积年顽癣,瘰 疬,赘疣,痈疽不溃,恶疮死肌。 【用法与用量】 0.03~0.06g ,炮制后多入丸散用。外用适量,研末或浸酒醋,或制 油膏涂敷患处,不宜大面积用。 【注意】 本品有大毒,内服慎用,孕妇禁用。 【贮藏】 置通风干燥处,防蛀。
