医用乳酸佬基乙酸共聚物分子式:CAS号:性质:通过羟基乙酸、DL-乳酸合成的乙交酯、丙交酯,在氯化亚锡催化下进行开环聚合,可制得高分子量的乳酸/羟基乙酸共聚物。随共聚物中丙交酯重量份数增加,溶解性逐渐改善,当其含量达60%以上时,就易溶于有机溶剂中。采用溶液浇铸法可制得共聚物的薄膜,具有良好的机械性能,可用作外科修复材料。
