槟榔四消丸 （水丸）【通用名称】槟榔四消丸 （水丸）【其他名称】槟榔四消丸 （水丸） 槟榔四消丸（水丸） 拼音名：Binglang Sixiao Wan 英文名： 书页号：2000年版一部-621 【处方】 槟榔 200g 大黄 (酒炒)400g 牵牛子 (炒) 400g 猪牙皂 (炒)50g 香附 (醋制)200g 五灵脂 (醋炒)200g 【制法】 以上六味，粉碎成细粉，过筛，混匀，用水泛丸，干燥，即得。 【性状】 本品为浅褐色至褐色的水丸；气微香，味苦、辛。 【鉴别】 (1) 取本品，置显微镜下观察：草酸钙簇晶直径60～140μm。分泌细胞 类圆形，含黄棕色至红棕色分泌物，其周围细胞作放射状排列；纤维束红棕色或黄棕色 ，细长，壁甚厚。纤维束淡黄色，周围细胞含草酸钙方晶及少数簇晶，形成晶纤维，并 常伴有类方形厚壁细胞。种皮栅状细胞淡棕色或棕色，长48～80μm 。内胚乳碎片无色 ，壁较厚，有较多大的类圆形纹孔。 (2) 取本品0.5g，加甲醇20ml，浸渍 1小时，滤过，取滤液5ml ，蒸干，残渣加水 10ml使溶解，加盐酸1ml ，置水浴上加热30分钟，立即冷却，用乙醚提取2 次，每次10 ml，合并乙醚提取液，蒸干，加氯仿1ml 使溶解，作为供试品溶液。另取大黄对照药材 0.1g，同法制成对照药材溶液。照薄层色谱法（附录Ⅵ B）试验，吸取上述两种溶液各 4μl，分别点于同一以羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合剂的硅胶Ｈ薄层板上，以石油醚（30～60 ℃）－甲酸乙酯－甲酸(15:5:1)的上层溶液为展开剂，展开，取出，晾干，置紫外光灯 (365nm) 下检视。供试品色谱中，在与对照药材色谱相应的位置上，显相同的五个橙色 荧光斑点；置氨蒸气中熏后，斑点变为红色。 【检查】 应符合丸剂项下有关的各项规定（附录Ⅰ A）。 【功能与主治】 消食导滞，行气泻水。用于食积痰饮，消化不良，脘腹胀满，嗳 气吞酸，大便秘结。 【用法与用量】 口服，一次6g，一日2 次。 【注意】 孕妇忌服。 【贮藏】 密闭，防潮。
