输穴输穴 输穴   ①同腧穴。泛指全身穴位。输,古与俞、腧通。故亦称俞穴或腧穴。详见腧穴条。   ②五输穴之一。《灵枢·九针十二原》:“所注为输。”意指脉气至此已较强盛,如水流能注输于深处。输穴多分布在腕踝关节附近。阴经的输穴是本经的原穴,阳经的则不是。其临床应用,《灵枢·顺气一日四时》曰:“病时间时甚者,取之输。”《难经·六十八难》曰:“俞主体重节痛。”说明输穴适用病情时轻时重、时作时止和肢体重着,骨节酸痛者。
