子宫内膜接受性子宫内膜接受性 受精卵种植于子宫内膜或称着床(implantation)是一个复杂的过程。正常的着床需要有正常发育的受精卵及正常的子宫内膜环境。良好的内膜环境使着床容易,反之不易甚或不能,导致不孕或早期流产。子宫仅仅在一个极短的关键时期允许着床,这个时间称为子宫敏感期或接受期,受诸多子宫内外因素的影响而决定接受胚泡着床的能力,亦称为子宫内膜接受性。改变内膜的接受性以实现生育或不育一直是倍受关注的研究课题。
