青光眼青光眼glaucoma病理性高眼压合并视功能障碍的眼病。根据其发病机理通常分为4类：①原发性青光眼。根据眼压升高时房角的开闭情况又分为闭角型和开角型。闭角型青光眼眼压升高时其房角是关闭的，其眼球具有前房浅、房角窄、眼球或角膜较小等解剖特点。发作时起病急，眼压突然升高，患者眼剧痛，视力显著下降，伴偏头痛、恶心、呕吐、球结膜充血、角膜上皮水肿，前房极浅，瞳孔开大。治疗应使房角重新开放，以手术治疗为主。开角型青光眼，眼压升高时其房角是开放的，其病因是由于房水排出通道的病变，其部位主要在小梁网，此型发病隐蔽，进展缓慢。眼压升高，视盘凹陷和视野缺损为主要诊断依据。早期病例可根据眼压、眼压描记和激发试验来确定诊断，治疗应是用药物，若眼压不能控制则应考虑手术治疗。②继发青光眼。凡能增加房水产量或影响房水排出的各种眼病，均能导致眼压升高而引起青光眼。眼内容增加也可引起。治疗应针对原发眼病进行病因治疗。③先天性青光眼。因胚胎时房角发育异常致使房水排出受阻引起眼压升高，药物治疗效果差，应尽早行眼外引流术。④混合型青光眼。同时具有两种或两种以上类型的青光眼，如原发与继发青光眼同时存在或具备一种以上的原发或继发青光眼。青光眼（急性充血性）
