艾条灸 将艾条点燃后置于腧穴或病变部位上进行熏灼的艾灸方法。 艾条的制作 艾条有两种。①无药艾条。将艾绒24克平铺在26厘米长、20厘米宽的桑皮纸(或质地柔软而坚韧的细棉纸)上，卷成直径1.5厘米的圆柱形，越紧越好，用胶水封口而成。有市售者。②药物艾条。常用的有两种处方：雷火神针处方(《针灸大成》)由沉香、木香、乳香、茵陈、羌活、干姜、穿山甲各9克，麝香少许组成;太乙神针处方(通用方)，由硫磺6克，麝香、乳香、没药、松香、桂枝、杜仲、枳壳、皂角、细辛、川芎、独活、穿山甲、雄黄、白芷、全蝎各3克组成。取其中一方,将药研细末和匀。以桑皮纸一张铺平，取艾绒24克、药末6克均匀铺在纸上，然后卷紧如爆竹状，外用鸡蛋清涂抹，再糊上桑皮纸一层，两头分别留空纸3厘米许，卷紧即成。 施术方法 一般分为悬起灸和实按灸两大类。 悬起灸是将艾条悬放在距离穴位一定高度上进行熏烤，而不使艾条点燃端直接接触皮肤。悬起灸一般用无药艾条，有时也可用药物艾条进行熏灸。又分为:①温和灸。将艾条燃着的一端与施灸处的皮肤保持1寸左右距离,使患者局部温热而无灼痛(图1)。每穴灸20分钟左右，以皮肤出现红晕为度。对昏迷或局部知觉减退者，须随时注意局部温热程度，防止灼伤。近今有各种灸疗架，可将艾条插在上面，固定施灸。这种灸法的特点是，温度较恒定和持续，对局部气血阻滞有散开的作用，主要用于病痛局部灸疗。②回旋灸。又称熨热灸。即将点燃的艾条一端接近施灸部位，距皮肤1寸左右，平行往复回旋施灸(图2)。一般灸20～30分钟。这种灸法的特点是，温度呈渐凉渐温互相转化，除对局部病痛的气血阻滞有消散作用外，还能对经络气血的运行起到促进作用，故对灸点远端的病痛有一定的治疗作用。③雀啄灸。将艾条点燃的一端对准穴位，似鸟雀啄米状，一上一下地进行艾灸(图3)。多随呼吸的节奏进行雀啄。一般可灸15分钟左右。这种灸法的特点是，温度突凉突温，对唤起腧穴和经络的功能有较强的作用，因此适用于灸治远端的病痛和内脏疾病。
