“波多利斯克”号核潜艇“波多利斯克”号核潜艇是目前俄罗斯太平洋舰队的头号“招牌”,该艇1979年下水,1980年正式服役。这艘海上“巨无霸”艇身长155米,排水量超过1万吨,艇上有130名官兵,配备16个导弹发射井,可发射分导式多弹头洲际弹道导弹。正式服役后,该型潜艇先后进行了7次北极地区单独的冰下航行。2003年9月2日,在举世瞩目的俄罗斯太平洋舰队大演习中,“波多利斯克”号核潜艇在鄂霍次克海水域发射了海基洲际导弹。导弹飞行6000多公里后,准确击中了俄北部阿尔汉格尔斯克州卡宁诺斯角演习场上的目标。“波多利斯克”号因此获得了俄罗斯总统普京的电报嘉奖,称其出色的表现为“重塑俄海军雄威”。该潜艇至今仍是俄战略核力量的重要组成部分。据估计,该潜艇将一直服役到本世纪第一个10年的后期,只有到了那个时候,才会有新式的战略核潜艇来代替它,因此它在俄太平洋舰队乃至俄海军中的地位可想而知。
