抗帕金森氏病药分子式:CAS号:性质:又称抗帕金森氏病药。其主要病理改变是黑质内多巴胺(DA)神经元变性坏死,使纹状体内DA功能降低而乙酰胆碱(Ach)功能相对增强而出现病症。因而抗帕金森氏病药主要分为拟多巴胺(拟DA)药,如左旋多巴、金刚烷胺、溴隐亭等和中枢抗胆碱药,如苯海索开马君等。此外如卡比多巴是一种外周性脱羧酶抑制剂,在外周抑制左旋多巴脱羧,降低外周DA的生成,与左旋多巴合用,可提高疗效,降低剂量,减少副作用。
