锁阳【通用名称】锁阳【其他名称】锁阳 锁阳 拼音名:Suoyang 英文名:HERBA CYNOMORII 书页号:2000年版一部-284 本品为锁阳科植物锁阳 Cynomorium songaricum Rupr.的干燥肉质茎。春季采挖, 除去花序,切段,晒干。 【性状】 本品呈扁圆柱形,微弯曲,长5~15cm,直径1.5~5cm。表面棕色或棕褐 色,粗糙,具明显纵沟及不规则凹陷,有的残存三角形的黑棕色鳞片。体重,质硬,难 折断,断面浅棕色或棕褐色,有黄色三角状维管束。气微,味甘而涩。 【鉴别】 取本品粉末1g,加水10ml,浸渍30分钟,滤过,滤液作为供试品溶液。另 取脯氨酸对照品,加水制成每1ml含2mg的溶液,作为对照品溶液。照薄层色谱法(附录Ⅵ B)试验,吸取上述两种溶液各5μl,分别点于同一以羧甲基纤维素钠为黏合剂的硅胶H薄 层板上,以正丙醇-冰醋酸-乙醇-水(4:1:1:2)为展开剂,展开,取出,晾干,喷以吲 哚醌试液,晾干,在100℃ 加热至斑点显色清晰。供试品色谱中,在与对照品色谱相应的 位置上,显相同颜色的斑点。 【炮制】 洗净,润透,切薄片,干燥。 【性味与归经】 甘,温。归脾、肾、大肠经。 【功能与主治】 补肾阳,益精血,润肠通便。用于腰膝痿软,阳痿滑精,肠燥便 秘。 【用法与用量】 5~9g 。 【贮藏】 置通风干燥处。
