温针灸温针灸在毫针针刺留针过程中，于针柄加热以治疗疾病的方法。又称烧针灸、传热灸、针柄灸。具有温通经脉，行气活血的作用。适用于寒凝经脉、气血痹阻的疾病。温针是在毫针基础上进行的。操作时先按疾病的不同性质施以必要的手法，使之得气，将毫针留在适当的深度，取约2厘米长艾卷一节，套在针柄上，从下端点燃，直到艾条烧完为止，除去艾绒炭，续装续灸。待治疗壮数灸毕，针柄冷却后即可出针，也可用艾绒圈代替艾绒施用。一般以1～3壮为宜，必要时增至4～5壮。也可用WZY-Ⅰ型温针仪，GPS-Ⅰ型高频热灸疗机，每次加温10～15分钟，但必须用于适用本法的实证。注意防止艾绒灼伤皮肤，对抽搐、痉挛、震颤患者及婴幼儿禁用本法。
