下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴 月经的调节主要是通过丘脑下部、脑垂体和卵巢激素之间的相互作用进行调节的,称为下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴。此轴又受中枢神经系统的调控。下丘脑的神经细胞主要分泌肽类调节激素,其中促性腺激素释放激素调控垂体的促性腺激素;垂体的促性腺激素调控卵巢的周期性变化。
