络穴络穴十五络脉从本经（脉）别出之处的穴位。联络相为表里的两条经脉的大络脉叫别络。据《灵枢·经脉》记载，十二经脉及任脉、督脉各有一个络穴，脾脏还有一个单独的络穴即脾之大络共15个络穴（见表）。表：十五络穴表络穴的治疗作用主要有以下几方面。①络穴各主治其络脉虚实的病证。如手少阴心经别络，实则胸中支满，虚则不能言语，皆可取其络六通里治疗。②络穴可沟通表里两经。因此，不仅能治本经病，也能治相表里的经脉的病证。如手太阴肺经的络穴列缺，既能治肺经的咳嗽、喘息，又能治相表里的手阳明大肠经的齿痛、头项疼痛等疾患。③凡有急性炎症时，刺络穴出血，亦有良好的效果。④络穴在临床应用时既可单独使用，也可与其相表里经的原穴配合，称为原络配穴法。
