闭塞性脑血管病的溶栓治疗术闭塞性脑血管病的溶栓治疗术 介入放射学技术。闭塞性脑血管病为因栓塞或血液动力学改变而发生的卒中。脑血管闭塞的介入性溶栓术是为了缩短脑缺血的时间,最大限度地恢复脑功能。溶栓药物为链激酶和尿激酶。先行全脑四条血管造影,明确血栓形成部位。使用1.98mm(6F)与0.99mm(3F)同轴导管,使导管尽可能接近血栓部位,溶栓剂用输液泵经0.99mm(3F)导管输入,也可用球囊导管将栓塞血管的近端闭塞,提高局部浓度。溶栓后,将血管鞘留在血管内,固定在皮肤上,防止穿刺点出现血肿,次日拔出血管鞘压迫止血。出血是最危险并发症,应注意生化监测。
