《老子道德经注》 中国三国时期魏国玄学家王弼的著作。为历史上著名的《老子》注之一。《老子》分"道"、"德"两篇，道教徒称之为"道德经"，是魏晋玄学理论所凭借的基本思想资料，其中自然无为、有生于无、反本守母等思想是玄学家们最感兴趣和经常讨论的问题，因此后人称玄学为"祖述老庄"。魏正始年间(240～249)，玄论始盛，当时名士如何晏、王弼、钟会、夏侯玄等，都注重研究老子之学。相传何晏曾注《老子》，后因见王弼所注"精奇"，而己意"多所短"，于是不再作注，而改写为《道》、《德》二论。唐代陆德明《老子道德经音义》说：自河上公《老子章句》以后，"谈论者莫不宗尚玄言，唯王辅嗣妙得虚无之旨"。因此，魏晋时期玄学家所注《老子道德经》虽多，而流传至今只有王弼注本最为完整。 王弼在注中着重发挥了玄学贵无论"以无为本"、"崇本以举其末、"守母以存其子"、"静必为躁君"、"以寡统众"、"因物之性"等思想，对《老子》思想多有发展和改造。它是研究王弼思想，了解魏晋玄学思潮，特别是玄学初起时与老子思想关系的重要著作。 王弼《老子道德经注》现存最早版本相传为明华亭张之象刻本,但今流传的清浙江书局翻刻本,实际上已据清武英殿刻本作了部分校订，非张之象原本。明刻《道藏》中的《道德真经注》较接近张之象原本，但讹误很多。1980年中华书局出版了楼宇烈著的《王弼集校释》，其中所收《老子道德经注》对王弼注文作了详细校勘，便于阅读。
