CO2微泡超声血管造影CO2微泡超声血管造影 影像学术语。利用CO2微泡作为声学对比剂施行的超声血管成像方法。利用两个注射器与三通管连接,将10ml CO2、10ml肝素化生理盐水及5ml病人自身血液充分混匀制成CO2微泡。常规肝动脉造影后经置于肝固有动脉(或左、右分支)内的导管,以2ml/s的速度缓慢注入CO2微泡。根据CO2微泡在肝实质内充盈程度分为早、中、晚三期。CO2微泡开始充盈肝实质为早期,历时5~10s;CO2微泡持续充盈肝实质为中期,约10~60s;完全从肝实质内清除为晚期,相当于注入CO2微泡后的1~7分钟。此方法的所见与血管造影静脉期相似,但发现小病灶优于血管造影。CO2-Dus对血管造影不能显示的等血管性或少血管性肝细胞癌有价值。
