1.In order to find more potent new 3-substituted indolin -2-ones PTKIs,using sunitinib as a leading compound,two series of 3-substituted indolin -2-ones have been synthesized based on the Structure and Activity Relationship(SAR) of 3-substituted indolin-2-one derivatives.为了寻找高效、低毒的新型3-取代吲哚-2-酮类蛋白酪氨酸激酶抑制剂,在对现有3-取代吲哚-2-酮衍生物构效关系全面分析的基础上,以上市药物舒尼替尼为先导,设计、合成了两大系列共计26个3-取代吲哚-2-酮类新化合物。
