肌球蛋白分子式:CAS号:性质:肌肉结构蛋白的一种,分子量480 000。由两条重链(分子量200 000)及四条轻链(两条L2,分子量18 000,L1、L3分子量分别为16 000、25 000)组成。分子构型如豆芽状。两条重链的大部分互相绕成双螺旋状,构成豆芽的茎部;总链的其余部分与轻链一起构成豆芽的豆瓣部分。肌球蛋白存在于横纹肌肌原纤维的粗丝中,也存在于平滑肌中,在肌肉运动中起重要作用。
