解偶联剂分子式:CAS号:性质:在生物化学中解偶联剂是被应用于研究氧化磷酸化或电子传递系统各自和/或相互关系的三大化学因素之一。解偶联剂的作用是使电子传递和ATP形成的两个原本偶联的过程分离,使两者间的紧密关系解除。它(们)是一(类)抑制剂,只抑制ATP(腺苷三磷酸)的形成过程,不抑制电子传递过程,使电子传递所产生的自由能都变为热能。故电子传递系统失去正常的控制,造成过分地利用氧和燃料底物,而又无ATP产生、能量得不到储存。换言之,它只抑制氧化磷酸化的ATP形成,对底物水平的磷酸化没有影响。典型的解偶联试剂有2,4-二硝基苯酚,其他一些酸性芳香族化合物也有这一作用。
