O-(甲氧氨基甲酰基)-2-甲基-2-甲硫基丙醛肟分子式:C7H14N2O2S分子量:190.15CAS号:密度:相对密度1.195(25/20℃)熔点:98-100℃性状:有硫磺味的白色结晶。溶解情况:在水的溶解度为0.6%,可溶于丙酮(400g/L)、氯仿(350g/L),甲苯(100g/L,20℃)苯等有机溶剂,几乎不溶于己烷。用途:一般配成颗粒剂,为高毒杀虫剂、杀线虫剂。具有触杀、胃毒、内吸作用,速效性好,一般在施药后数小时即能发挥作用,药效可持续6-8周。适用于棉花、花生等作物。可防治棉花的棉蚜、棉红蜘蛛、棉蓟马、象鼻虫、叶蝉、潜叶虫、粉蚧、蝽象等。制备或来源:可由甲硫基钠、亚硝酸、2-氯异丁酯及甲基异氰酸酯制得。制剂有:2.5%、5.0%、15%颗粒剂。备注:除对强碱外,它是稳定的,对金属容器、设备没有腐蚀性,不易燃。急性经口毒性LD50(mg/kg):雄大白鼠0.826,雌大白鼠0.6034,雄小白鼠0.389,雌小白鼠0.6732。在大白鼠和狗的饲料中加入0.1mg/kg/d,饲养2年对健康无影响。兔的急性经皮毒性LD50为5.0mg/kg,大白鼠在200mg/立方米浓度下,5min后全部死亡。用大白鼠作三代繁殖试验,无致畸、致癌、致突变现象发生。虹鳟鱼TLm(96h)为8.8mg/L。棉籽中最大允许残留量0.1mg/kg,棉籽壳中为0.3mg/kg。解毒剂为硫酸阿托品,通常剂量为0.6mg片剂,一次2片,不能用解磷毒,也不能用吗啡或镇静剂。类别:杀虫剂
