1.Objective: to study the clinical effects of a kind of ointment called Ailitong dispensed of several antalgic Chinese medicine which are blood stasis relieving, aggregation scattering and toxin attacking in nature (including bufotoxin, nux vomica, musk, white oimtment).方法:根据随机分组,双盲法给癌理通(白药膏、蟾酥、马钱子、毛麝香等)外敷,以安慰剂作对照观察,观察疼痛程度、止痛起效时间和持续时间等作为疗效指标;观察治疗前后外周血象、肝肾功能、心电图、局部皮肤有无刺激、过敏反应等作为安全性指标。
