甲基呋喃分子式:C5H6O分子量:82.10CAS号:534-22-5性质:无色透明液体。熔点为-88.68℃,沸点63-63.5℃,相对密度0.827(20/4℃)折光率1.4332,闪点-22℃。能与多种有机溶剂混溶,微溶于水(0.3g/100g)。在空气中变黄,能被强碱分解。制备方法:由糠醛(或糠醇)催化加氢制。加氢催化剂采用铜-铝合金,用碱作助催化剂,反应压力为0.3-0.5MPa,在200℃左右进行气相加氢,氢与糠醛摩尔比为10:1。反应产物经冷凝,蒸去水分,精馏而得成品。原料消耗定额:糠醛(96%)1400kg/t、氢气630m3kg/t、铜-铝催化剂114kg/t。用途:该品为有机合成中间体,医药工业中用于制造维生素B1、磷酸氯喹和磷酸伯氨喹。2-甲基呋喃有麻醉作用。
