细胞受体 细胞受体 是细胞膜上和细胞内的一类特殊蛋白质。它们能有选择地和细胞外环境中一定的活性物质(如激素、*神经递质、抗原、药物等)相结合,从而引起细胞内的各种效应。位于细胞膜上的受体,称*细胞膜受体,例如多肽和蛋白质激素以及儿茶酚胺等受体;位于细胞内的受体,称*胞内受体,如甾体激素受体。不同的细胞具有不同的受体,因此可以接受不同的信号。受体的第一个重要功能,是它能够识别配体(即各种化学信号),并与之结合;受体的第二个重要功能是它一旦与配体结合,便能引起细胞内一系列代谢反应和生理效应。
