免疫球蛋白重链分子式:CAS号:性质: 又称H链,重链。免疫球蛋白单体中的一种多肽链。每条H链由可变区(VH)和恒定区(CH)组成。根据H链恒定区内氨基酸组成排列顺序的不同可将Ig的重链分为五种,即γ(分子量5×104)、α(分子量5.5×104)、δ(分子量6.2×104)、μ(分子量7×104)和ε(分子量7×104)链,其中糖含量分别约为4%,10%,18%,15%和18%。相对于已知五种Ig来说,其分布对应关系如下:IgG(γ),IgA(α),IgD(δ),IgM(μ)和IgE(ε)。其中前三类Ig的H链内有三个恒定区,即CH1、CH2和CH3组成。后两类(IgM和IgE)的H链中有一个VH区和四个恒定区,即CH1至CH4。H链上可变区上有抗原结合点。恒定区既是Ig分子的骨架,又是激活免疫反应的部位之一。由于某种原因,如重链合成过程异常,或轻链合成有缺陷时,血清中会出现重链,这就是重链病。已发现的有α,γ和μ型重链病。
