基因移植动物分子式:CAS号:性质:又称转基因动物。指基因组中带有外源基因的动物。一般用显微注射技术将外源基因注入受精卵雄原核中,然后将该受精卵植入动物“假孕”子宫使之发育为成体动物,所得到的能永久表达外源导入基因的新生动物即为转基因动物。例如用上述方法曾将大鼠生长激素基因导入小鼠受精卵,最后产生的小鼠在同样的饲养条件下,其体型较其他小鼠大一倍多,称超级小鼠。转基因动物技术在研究基因的结构与功能、表达与调控、改良作物、畜牧、鱼类品质方面具有重要作用。
