慢性粒细胞白血病慢性粒细胞白血病chronic granulocytic leukemia,CGL 又称慢性髓性白血病。一种由多能干细胞转化而来,以骨髓粒细胞系统无限制性增生及部分分化为特征的白血病。可见于任何年龄,发病高峰在40岁左右。小儿时期的慢性白血病,起病隐袭,早期症状轻,有贫血、低热、盗汗、消瘦等。明显的脾肿大为本病的特征。外周血白细胞增高程度为各种白血病之首,多为中幼粒细胞以下之细胞,血小板早期不减少甚至增多。骨髓增生活跃,中幼粒及晚幼粒细胞比例增高,巨核细胞少见,可有不同程度的骨髓纤维化。
