集落刺激因子分子式：CAS号：性质：是一组促进造血祖细胞增殖、定向分化和存活的造血生长因子。根据其对主要的造血祖细胞克隆增殖的作用不同而分为四种：粒细胞CSF、巨噬细胞CSF、粒-巨噬细胞CSF和多潜能CSF，后者能刺激粒细胞、巨噬细胞、巨核细胞、红细胞、多能祖细胞等生成，又称白细胞介素-3。均为糖蛋白，分别由单一基因编码，其氨基酸序列无同源性，通过各自特异的膜受体作用于靶细胞：(1)刺激细胞增殖，其浓度决定细胞周期长短和细胞总数；(2)影响基因表达，引导细胞分化；(3)维持祖细胞和成熟细胞成活，体外实验，缺乏CSF时，集落形成细胞以每小时约5％～10％比率死亡；(4)激活成熟细胞功能，包括杀灭微生物及肿瘤细胞，产生活性物质，如干扰素、肿瘤坏死因子、纤溶酶原激活因子等。多种CSF已通过DNA重组技术合成并应用于临床。
