本-周蛋白本-周蛋白 又称"凝溶蛋白"。此种蛋白在加热至40～60℃时可发生凝固，至90～100℃再溶解。是免疫球蛋白的轻链单体或二聚体，其分子量分别为22000和44000，易从肾脏排出，称为本-周蛋白尿或轻链尿。临床见于多发性骨髓瘤、华氏巨球蛋白血症等。
