沙苑子【通用名称】沙苑子【其他名称】沙苑子 沙苑子 拼音名:Shayuanzi 英文名:SEMEN ASTRAGALI COMPLANATI 书页号:2000年版一部-145 本品为豆科植物扁茎黄芪Astragalus complanatus R.Br.的干燥成熟种子。秋末冬 初果实成熟尚未开裂时采割植株,晒干,打下种子,除去杂质,晒干。 【性状】 本品略呈肾形而稍扁,长2~2.5mm,宽1.5~2mm,厚约1mm。 表面光滑 ,褐绿色或灰褐色,边缘一侧微凹处具圆形种脐。质坚硬,不易破碎。子叶2,淡黄色, 胚根弯曲,长约 1mm。无臭,味淡,嚼之有豆腥味。 【鉴别】 取本品1g,捣碎,加乙醚10ml,置温水浴上回流10分钟,滤过,弃去醚 液。残渣挥尽乙醚,加甲醇5ml,加热回流10分钟,滤过。取滤液1 滴,点于色谱滤纸上, 置紫外光灯(365nm) 下观察,显紫红色荧光,再加甲醇2 滴使斑点扩散,紫红色环内有 一亮黄色环。 【炮制】 沙苑子 除去杂质,洗净,干燥。 盐沙苑子 取净沙苑子,照盐水炙法(附录Ⅱ D)炒干。 【性味与归经】 甘,温。归肝、肾经。 【功能与主治】 温补肝肾,固精,缩尿,明目。用于肾虚腰痛,遗精早 泄,白浊带下,小便余沥,眩晕目昏。 【用法与用量】 9~15g。 【贮藏】 置通风干燥处。
