细胞增殖分子式:CAS号:性质:细胞通过分裂而增加数量的过程。随着分化的发展,细胞分裂减慢并最终停止。在多数细胞系统中,细胞增殖与分化性质的表达不相容。肿瘤细胞有时会打破这个限制。但是,即使在肿瘤细胞中,停止分裂时,也会增加其对分化产物的合成。分化了的细胞不具有增殖能力,但有时可以通过去分化过程获得增殖能力而进行分裂,这些分裂细胞也可以再分化而失去增殖能力。
