血清乳酸脱氢酶血清乳酸脱氢酶serum lactate dehyrogenase,SLDH  简称乳酸脱氢酶。为糖的无氧分解的一种酶,是以NADP(氧化型烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸)为辅基的脱氢酶,催化乳酸氧化成丙酮酸的可逆反应。广泛存在于人体组织内,以心、肾、骨骼肌含量最丰富。其次为肝、脾、胰腺和肺组织。由于此酶在红细胞和白细胞中的含量为正常血清量的100倍,因而在送检标本时切勿溶血。否则会使测定结果升高。正常人血清金氏(king)法150~450单位/dl。SLDH升高见于急性心肌梗死、骨骼肌损伤、恶性肿瘤、肝炎、肝硬化、巨幼红细胞性贫血及心肌炎早期。
